Rameshwar has a track record in mathematical modelling, software engineering, and oil & gas engineering. Before joining the oil & gas industry, he worked at Imperial College London and Geophysics Laboratory (LEGI, France). Rameshwar holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Alf Svindland (CTO)
Senior Petroleum Engineer, NTNU (Norway), 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Alf has extensive experience working with both operating companies and technology companies and founded Sandaband Technology. Alf is the technical head at Petroleumsoft and leads the company’s technology projects. He holds a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Nilanjana Ganguli Mondal (Technical Head, Consultant)

Nilanjana passed out from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad with an MSc in Tech Applied Geophysics in 2005. She has 10 years experience in the oil & gas industry working with Essar Oil Ltd., Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., EnSearch Petroleum Pvt. Ltd. and HLS Asia Limited (a joint venture with Halliburton Energy Services Inc., USA) working as a geophysicist and petrophysicist. She has rich experience working with various geological and geophysical data, including seismic and well data.
As the Technical Head (Consultant) at Petroleumsoft, Nilanjana engages with clients in India and internationally to promote technologies and services relating to enhanced oil recovery and acidization stimulation.
Dr Gbenga Folorunso (Robert Gordon University), PhD
Dr Gbenga is a lecturer at Robert Gordon University. He has more than 15 years of industrial and research experience. He has expertise in core flood experiments. He contributes primarily in the validation of proposed technology.
